The Internet Connection Wizard (ICW), or sbsicw.exe, has been greatly enhanced to fully support cable modems, ADSL, and ISDN routers under Small Business Server 4.5. 

Internet Connection Wizard now runs in either one of two modes: automated or manual. The automated Internet Connection Wizard setup is used to establish a new account with an ISP who is fully-supporting Small Business Server Internet access, email, and web hosting. 

The manual Internet Connection Wizard setup is used to configure all Internet-related services in Small Business Server 4.5 to use existing ISP accounts. Both wizards have been completely rewritten for Small Business Server 4.5.
